2:4 New Quotes and More After Effects

I spoke to Abi Meats again, who had helped me with my IKON work, about my illustrations and she helped me create mockups of what they could look like.

I expressed that I wasn’t very confident with my “I buy my thumb” idea and we brainstormed together to think of and mockup 2 new quotes to have alongside “Partying is such sweet sorrow”:

“My bounty is as boundless as the sea” which would be a pun with 'Bounty' chocolate and “A pair of star-cross’d loafers” which was originally "A pair of star-cross'd lovers".

For my illustration, I would draw someone drunk at a house party, have someone wearing loafers with their legs crossed, and use the chocolate ‘Bounty’.

I decided to have the quotes in speech bubbles in the bottom right as my original idea stemmed from typos in text messages, and have the information about the play in a box at the top left.

Abi also took us through another After Effects workshop where she showed us how to use shapes, text and moving lines to create a sequence.
