8:4 First Presentation and Feedback

I made a presentation including everything me and Larry had worked on with the speaker notes explaining the slides:

But for some reason Larry changed it and we somehow presented with his version instead of mine to Brian:

The feedback we got from Brian was to change our insight from 'water is a metaphor for behavioural change' to 'human behaviour is as malleable as water". We need to clearly show the relevance on the waves slide because he assumed we were using the obvious wave shape for our work but if we had made that image smaller then it would be clear we were trying a different subtle style for the waves. To get rid of the layout slide, remove the first slide with the water cycle graphic and the cloud on the intro slide. Have some more social media activation and more conference merchandise and have a summary slide.

We took on board the feedback, changed some of the slides and made more mockups:

We did t shirts, tote bags, cards but also a water bottle because it's based on water (duh!) and tried different colour versions and stuck with having the Thames wave as our conference logo.
